Voter Eligibility
To be eligible to vote in a Copper Mountain Consolidated Metropolitan District Election, you must be a person registered to vote in Colorado and a resident of the District or a person (not an LLC, Trust or Corporation) owning property (or spouse or civil union partner of a person owning property) within the boundaries of the District. C.R.S. 32-1-806
Voters may register to vote, or update records on-line at http://www.govotecolorado.com or by obtaining and returning a voter registration form to the Summit County Clerk and Recorder (http://www.co.summit.co.us/126/Elections). A voter may only be registered in one County. Multiple registrations are deleted by the Colorado Secretary of State.
It is the responsibility of each voter to update their voter registration.
